Baby Satay is made locally in Hong Kong from premium beef sourced from reputable suppliers in The US, Brazil and New Zealand. They are marinated in a combination of 13 different herbs and spices.
Cooking
Thaw out satays until soft before cooking.
Best when cooked for 3 to 5 mins Turn up to high heat for last 15 seconds for slightly charred effect.
Alternatively, place in pre-heated oven for 20 mins and then use grill function to char slightly for better taste
Ensure satays are cooked thoroughly before serving.
Microwave not recommended.
